Pistachio Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, sift matcha through a small sieve over bowl. Pour hot water over matcha.
  2. Using a matcha whisk. Whisk matcha and water in a zig-zag motion until you see some froth.
  3. Add Pistachio Syrup in to the mix.
  4. In a small sauce pan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
  5. Remove saucepan from heat and pour heated milk into cup.
  6. Pour the matcha mixture over the milk, and stir.
  7. You may also dust some matcha powder on top. Enjoy!
