This October, Blenz Coffee is proud to renew its commitment to the community by partnering once again with the Canadian Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together, we continue our shared mission to raise awareness and support for breast cancer research, advocacy, and care. As part of this year’s initiative, we are thrilled to introduce two heartfelt offerings that hold deep meaning for both our team and our guests: a Heart Dacaron and our beautifully designed new pink cups.
Introducing the Heart Dacaron: A Sweet Way to Make a Difference
At the heart of our campaign is the brand-new Heart Dacaron in collaboration with Earthling Foods. A Dacaron is a delectable fusion of two French pastries: a dacquoise and macaron. They are airy, lightly crisp, and not-too-sweet almond meringue biscuits with naturally flavoured buttercream filling hand-piped between two biscuits. Gluten-free and available in dairy-free flavours. With its rich chocolate crust and strawberry filling, the Heart dacaron is a special treat crafted to meet the food standards of the Canadian Cancer Society. Each bite offers not only a moment of indulgence but also a chance to make a tangible impact. For every Heart Dacaron sold, Blenz Coffee will donate $1 to support Breast Cancer Research and Advocacy.

Heart Pink Cups: A New Look, A Powerful Message
In addition to the Heart Dacaron, we are proud to introduce our series of newly designed pink cups for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Created in collaboration with a local artist, these cups are more than just a vessel for your favourite drink—they embody the spirit of awareness, solidarity, and support for those affected by breast cancer.
Each cup, available in small, medium, and large, tells a unique but interconnected story of strength and unity. The design depicts women from diverse backgrounds, standing together in resilience, with larger figures holding smaller ones, symbolizing the support and connection that is vital during the journey of breast cancer.
Every detail carries meaning: from the torch symbolizing hope, to the mountains representing challenges, and the bird signifying freedom and recovery. Each cup is inscribed with powerful words like “Inspire,” “Hope,” and “Life,” reminding us of the shared strength that connects us all.
To make a further impact, each cup includes a QR code that guides guests to information on how to donate to support breast cancer research. These cups are more than just about awareness—they tell a story of unity and the collective fight for hope and life.

Here are ways of donating to support the cause:
- Purchase a Heart Dacaron and $1 will be donated. Available only for the month of October, while supplies last.
- Join us for Coffee By Donation Day on Wednesday, October 23rd. For a limited time, you can donate any amount that you’re comfortable with, and in exchange receive a cup of Brewed Coffee of any size. 100% of your donation goes to breast cancer research.
- You are welcome to add any donation amount during your visit to one of our locations at any time.
