Classic Spiced Dark Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp Blenz Spiced Chocolate Syrup
- 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a small sauce pan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove pan from heat.
- Add chocolate chips to sauce pan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/milk frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until chocolate has melted.
- Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
