Classic Spiced Dark Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp Blenz Spiced Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a small sauce pan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
  2. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Add chocolate chips to sauce pan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/milk frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
