If you are seeking sponsorship or a donation, you can partner with a local Blenz Coffee shop to boost your community together. The best way to reach out is to speak directly to the Franchisee or Store Manager. Please keep in mind, due to the volume of requests our local Franchise Partners receive, they cannot honour all requests.

At Blenz, we work hard to give each Guest the best Blenz experience as possible. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may reach out to the Store Manager or Owner to resolve the issue. If there are any questions about our products and would like to raise your complaint to Head Office, please do not hesitate to contact us at guestexperience@blenz.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue and answer any questions that you may have.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any delivery at this time. At Blenz, we believe in providing a service in our shops and serving you with only the best quality crafted products. The handling of our products, especially our beverages, is something we cannot control after it leaves our shop.

Blenz franchise candidates are required to have at least $150,000 in non-borrowed, unencumbered cash or liquid assets. Candidates are also required to have a minimum net worth of $400,000.
The total investment for an individual store varies by location and generally ranges from $250,000-$550,000. This provides you with a turn-key Blenz location including site construction, equipment, signage, furniture, training and franchise fees.
We recommend contacting your preferred financial institution. We would be happy to support you by communicating with your Financial Advisor if required.
The initial training program at Blenz is four weeks. The training is both classroom and a Blenz store setting. Additional grand opening and ongoing support is provided.
The initial franchise fee is $35,000. Royalties are 8% of gross revenue, and brand contribution funds are 2% of gross revenue.
Yes. In fact, we have several multi-unit Franchise Partners in the system currently. We do generally recommend that Franchise Partners begin with one Blenz location for at least 18 months. You can apply for multiple stores thereafter.
The profitability of your Blenz store depends on a variety of factors. These include the passion you bring to operating the business and the time and attention you commit to your business’ success.
Yes, not a problem! We will fully train you to operate your Blenz store.
The timing of the process will vary, depending on each situation. In general, you can expect your candidacy to take 3 – 12 months.
For a site to be approved, our Real Estate department must analyze each potential location to ensure it meets Blenz’s established criteria. Our Real Estate department has over 25 years of experience in approving successful sites for Blenz locations.
In addition to the comprehensive training, you will receive prior to opening your store, the Blenz Store Support Centre will provide you with ongoing support with operations, finance, supply chain management and marketing. You will be assigned an experienced Operations Advisor who will act as the central point of contact to help with every support you may need.

In this call, we can provide you with information on locations we’ve secured, and more on the franchise process while also getting to know you.
You can sign up to our Perks of Blenz Loyalty Program by downloading the Blenz app. Follow the steps below:
- Download the app on your mobile device from the App Store.
- Once it has been downloaded, open the app.
- Fill out the required fields to sign up. Don’t forget to enter your birthday month to receive a reward!
- You’ll receive a verification email. Please click on the link provided to confirm your email.
- Then, you’re all set and can start earning points!
You can earn points from ordering in-app or in-store. Before paying, just make sure you let your barista know you have the app and scan your app QR code or tell them your phone number to search for your account. Also, we offer many exclusive in-app promotions, so be sure to follow us on Instagram or turn on your Blenz app notifications to get notified about the offers and promotions we have especially for you!
You can redeem points by ordering through the app or in-store. Please refer to our points rules to see which products you can redeem. To apply the offer at checkout, make sure a medium drink is in your cart, then apply the available coupon. To be eligible for redeeming points, please verify your email (don’t forget to check your spam folder!). If you are unable to verify your email, please contact guestexperience@blenz.com, and we will assist you.
The Free Birthday Drink offer is automatically loaded into your app on the first day of your birth month, but only if you have made an in-app purchase before. So, if you’ve just downloaded the app in the middle of your birth month and haven’t made any purchases, your birthday offer won’t be available.
We’re so sorry about that, but we can definitely add the points that you deserve! Please send an inquiry to guestexperience@blenz.com. Send us your Blenz App account details such as email or mobile number to help us find your account. Proof of purchase or details on the purchase may be asked, please provide as much info in your inquiry as possible.
To check the balance on a gift card, go to our Gift Card Balance page. Enter the gift card number that can be found on the back of the card, then click “Check Balance”.
There are two ways to purchase an e-gift card:
Via Online
- Go to our E-Gift Card Online Ordering.
- Select the gift card amount and the required information to order. Click “Next”.
- If you have a Perks of Blenz Loyalty app account, please click “Log In”.Not a Blenz account holder? Enter in the required purchaser’s information. Note: adding a password to “Remember me” will set up a Blenz account for you. Click “Next” to continue
- Review your order and select a method of payment.
- Click “Pay Now” to complete your purchase. Then, you’re set to go and your e-gift card will soon be received!
Via Blenz App
- Open the Blenz app and click on “Order Now”.
- Search for and select a Blenz store near you.
- Once a store is selected, click “Gift Cards” located at the top section
- Select “ORDER EGIFT CARD”
- Select the amount and fill in the required e-gift card order information
- Review your order and select your method of payment
- Click “Pay Now” to complete your purchase. Then, you’re set to go and your e-gift card will soon be received!
