Sticky Toffee Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 1.5 tbsp Blenz Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup
- 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz chocolate chips (Dark, Milk or White Chocolate)
- Optional topping: whipped cream, drizzle of Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup, and a slice of Sticky Toffee Pudding
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove saucepan from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding syrup to the saucepan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
