Pistachio Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
  • 1.5 tbsp Blenz Pistachio Syrup
  • 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz chocolate chips (Dark, Milk or White Chocolate)
  • Optional: whipped cream and crushed pistachios

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat.
  3. Add chocolate chips and Pistachio syrup to the saucepan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
