Coconut Ube Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Blenz Ube syrup
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- Ice cubes
- Shredded coconut and whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, Blenz Ube syrup, condensed milk, and a generous amount of ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream and shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant purple hue and creamy texture of this delightful drink.
Calamansi Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
- 1 tbsp Blenz Mango syrup
- 2 tbsp Blenz Calamansi syrup
- 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- Fresh mango slices (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blending jug, add ice cubes and pour in the milk.
- Add the Blenz Mango syrup and Blenz Calamansi syrup, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and top with more ice cream if desired.
- Serve with a straw and a spoon.
Iced Ube Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp Blenz Ube syrup
- 1 tsp Blenz matcha powder (Optional: plus 1/4 tsp for dusting)
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp (1oz) hot water
Instructions:
- Fill cup with ice cubes and add your choice of milk.
- Add Ube Syrup into milk and stir.
- In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder and hot water until dissolved
- Pour the matcha over the cup with milk.
- Sprinkle matcha powder and a straw on top. Serve immediately.
