Ube, Mango & Calamansi Drink Recipes

Summer is almost coming to an end, but the Blenz syrups don’t have to. You can easily create these Asian-inspired flavourful beverages in your kitchen with these three limited-edition Blenz syrups. We share three must-try summer drink recipes with Blenz Ube, Calamansi, and Mango syrups.

Coconut Ube Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Blenz Ube syrup
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut and whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, Blenz Ube syrup, condensed milk, and a generous amount of ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream and shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant purple hue and creamy texture of this delightful drink.

Calamansi Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp Blenz Mango syrup
  • 2 tbsp Blenz Calamansi syrup
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • Fresh mango slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blending jug, add ice cubes and pour in the milk.
  2. Add the Blenz Mango syrup and Blenz Calamansi syrup, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Garnish with fresh mango slices and top with more ice cream if desired.
  5. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

Iced Ube Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp Blenz Ube syrup
  • 1 tsp Blenz matcha powder (Optional: plus 1/4 tsp for dusting)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp (1oz) hot water

Instructions:

  1. Fill cup with ice cubes and add your choice of milk.
  2. Add Ube Syrup into milk and stir.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder and hot water until dissolved
  4. Pour the matcha over the cup with milk.
  5. Sprinkle matcha powder and a straw on top. Serve immediately.
