Pistachio Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 1.5 tbsp Blenz Pistachio Syrup
- 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz chocolate chips (Dark, Milk or White Chocolate)
- Optional: whipped cream and crushed pistachios
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove saucepan from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and Pistachio syrup to the saucepan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
Pistachio Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 1.5 tbsp Blenz Pistachio Syrup
- 1 tsp of Blenz Matcha
- 2 tbsp (1oz) hot water
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, sift matcha through a small sieve over bowl. Pour hot water over matcha.
- Using a matcha whisk. Whisk matcha and water in a zig-zag motion until you see some froth.
- Add Pistachio Syrup in to the mix.
- In a small sauce pan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove saucepan from heat and pour heated milk into cup.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the milk, and stir.
- You may also dust some matcha powder on top. Enjoy!
Classic Spiced Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp Blenz Spiced Chocolate
- 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz chocolate chips (Dark or Milk Chocolate)
- Optional topping: cinnamon powder or a cinnamon stick
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove saucepan from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and Spiced Chocolate syrup to the saucepan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
Spiced Chocolate Affogato
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Shot of espresso
- Drizzle Blenz Spiced Chocolate Syrup
Instructions:
- In a serving cup, add scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour a shot of espresso.
- Drizzle Spiced Chocolate Syrup.
Sticky Toffee Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 1.5 tbsp Blenz Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup
- 2 heaping tsp (approx. 38g) of Blenz chocolate chips (Dark, Milk or White Chocolate)
- Optional topping: whipped cream, drizzle of Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup, and a slice of Sticky Toffee Pudding
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Remove saucepan from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding syrup to the saucepan. Use a wooden spoon or a handheld blender/frother. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour your hot chocolate into your serving cup. Enjoy!
Sticky Toffee Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (your choice of 2% or plant-based)
- 1.5 tbsp Blenz Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup
- 3 oz of Blenz Espresso
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, pour milk and boil at low heat for 10 minutes or it reaches 165F temperature. Stir occasionally and do not over boil milk.
- Alternatively, if you have a milk frother machine for milk, you can use it to heat your milk.
- Shoot espresso into cup
- Add Sticky Toffee Pudding Syrup into cup. Stir.
- Pour hot milk over espresso. Stir and enjoy!
