Blenz Coffee Giveaway Canada Day Edition – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 years or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Platform & Duration
The contest is hosted exclusively on Blenz Coffee’s official Instagram account (@blenzcoffee) in collaboration with Theatre Under the Stars Musical Society 2025 (@tutsvancouver) and will run for four (4) consecutive days, from June 28 to July 1, 2025. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Each day will have one giveaway for a pair of tickets to a show at Theatre Under The Stars and a $20 Blenz electronic gift card.
3. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
- Follow @blenzcoffee and @tutsvancouver on Instagram
- Like and Comment on the designated giveaway post hosted on the @blenzcoffee Instagram page
- Answer five (5) quiz questions correctly (quiz to take place via DMs on Instagram only after commenting the specified keyword on the designated giveaway post)
After successful participation, Blenz Coffee will reveal a location clue where a physical display card is placed.
4. Winner Selection
Each day, the first eligible person to send a Direct Message (DM) to @blenzcoffee or email marketing@blenz.com with confirmation of the gift card location and supporting photo proof will be selected as the winner.
5. Prize Details
Each daily winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to Theatre Under the Stars to be redeemed before July 31
- One (1) $20 Blenz Coffee digital gift card
The prizes will be sent electronically. The physical card located at the revealed site is not redeemable and serves only as a display piece and contest souvenir.
6. Verification Requirements
To claim the prize, the winner must submit a photo of themselves holding the souvenir card at the specified location. If multiple individuals claim to be the winner, Blenz Coffee reserves the right to require additional proof and/or conduct an in-person verification at the location.
7. Disqualification & Conduct
Blenz Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be participating through fraudulent or unfair means. In all circumstances, Blenz Coffee retains the final right to determine eligibility and winners.
8. Changes & Termination
Blenz Coffee or Theatre Under the Stars Musical Society 2025 may cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice, for any reason including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Blenz Coffee, Theatre Under the Stars Musical Society 2025 and Instagram from all liability related to the contest, prizes, or participation.
