Blenz franchise candidates are required to have at least $90,000 in non-borrowed, unencumbered cash or liquid assets. Candidates are also required to have minimum net worth of $300,000.
The total investment for an individual store varies by location, but start-up costs are typically $250,000-$280,000. This includes everything to get the Blenz location open: site construction, equipment, signage, furniture, training and franchise fees.

The training program is between 4-6 weeks depending on an individual’s skills, business background and training group size. The training is in both classroom settings and Blenz store settings.
The initial franchise fee is $35,000. Royalties are 8% of gross revenue and advertising fund contributions are 2% of gross revenue.
Yes. In fact, we have several multi-unit franchise partners in the system currently. We do generally recommend that franchisees begin with one Blenz location for at least 12 months, and then investigate additional locations.

The timing of the process will vary, depending on each situation. In general, you can expect the process to take between 6 weeks to 12 months.
For a site to be approved, our Real Estate department must analyze each potential location to ensure it meets our established criteria. Our Real Estate department has years of experience in approving successful sites for Blenz stores.
In addition to the comprehensive training you will receive prior to opening your store, the Blenz Store Support Centre will provide you with ongoing support with operations, finance, supply chain management and marketing. We will meet with you, at minimum, on a quarterly basis to review your store’s performance and develop strategies for improvement. You will be assigned an experienced operations advisor who will act as the central point of contact to help with any support you may need.
